These terms apply to all bookings made on this website, operated by Ishan Engineering Services, a proprietorship firm owned by Rajesh Kumar (GSTIN: 09EQEPK0546M1ZI), having its principal place of business at Kathakuiyan, Basahiya Banbirpur, Padrauna, Dist. Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh - 274304.
We provide manpower services (helpers, technicians, labour, cleaning staff, event staff and industrial workers) as described in each plan. The number of workers and hours are as mentioned in the selected plan.
A booking is confirmed only after our team contacts you by phone. We may decline or reschedule a booking if workers are not available in your area on the selected date.
Prices are as displayed on the website at the time of booking. Payment is collected after the service is completed, by cash or UPI. Work beyond the plan hours is charged extra per hour. Materials and spare parts are charged separately at actual cost. Applicable GST will be charged as per law.
You can cancel a booking from "My Bookings" while it is Pending or Confirmed. Rescheduling is free if requested before the service time.
Please provide accurate address and contact details, safe working conditions and access to the work location. Valuables should be kept secured during the service.
We take reasonable care in selecting and supervising workers. Any complaint must be reported within 24 hours of service completion so it can be reviewed.
Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in District Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh.
